Return request period
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Email service@siventoip.com with your order number and reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
Return condition
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, returned products should be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and components. We will review requests individually and confirm whether the item is eligible before authorizing a return.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Contact us at service@siventoip.com within 7 days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when possible. We will review the report and explain the available resolution.
Return shipping and refunds
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law. After an authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact us before returning an item to receive the appropriate return instructions.
